The rooms with great view. Cozy decor throughout and very helpful staff from the moment I walked into the hotel until the check-out. Comfortable location - just off the English gardens as well as the center. Also, close to the English garden.

Airy and good-sized room with great view, attentive staff. A work desk, a coffee/tea maker, and cable TV with on-demand films - very useful. Beautiful location, great restaurant. Very comfortable stay, and 10 minutes' stroll from the metro. A cool hotel, my first choice in Munich.

Really very, very nice and helpful staff. Rarely seen such motivated personnel. Had a few special requests which were fulfilled without any trouble. Really top. Chic and modern hotel. Breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired. With pleasure and definitely again!

The location - the SPA area - the ambience !
Search for safe, did not find it - too small bathrobes and too small bath slippers. Several times during the night the television set has been switched on ! Check out took too long.
